Why did IDX introduce the IDX Data Services Portal?

This portal is designed to help self-subscription, reporting, billing, mailbox, IDX Data Update, and many more for Subscribers in a faster, more time-efficient manner and to optimize IDX Market Data demand management. It covers all administration process.

What are Trading Session for IDX?

How do I differentiate groups and non group?

Group means Affiliates and/or Related Party that have a relationship with the Licensee. Member of a group shall be able to use IDX Data. It’s Prohibited for Non Group.

Does the license fee include tax fees?

The license fee does not include tax fees.

IDX Data End of Day

Is there any alternative data from the IDX if this link is closed? Other than paid services, does IDX provide facilities that are not paid?

How to access additional connection for IDX Data End of Day?

Currently IDX Data End of Day (EoD) is sent through email but henceforward IDX provides a portal system (Sistem Informasi Pelanggan Data SIPD) where licensee can access EOD Data using User ID and Password.

If licensee wishes to get a second access or more, then an additional cost will be charged.

What kind of data format that can be accessed through IDX Data EoD?

Currently IDX provides the data in Excel, DBF, and txt files. However, in order to maintain the security of IDX data, the IDX will no longer provide data in the form of .txt.

Are customers required to take 2 connections (Main and Additional)?

Customers are not required to take 2 connections. Connections can be customized according to customer requirements.

How IDX Deliver IDX Data?

For Direct connection:

The IDX data stream is continuously transmitted from the IDX site to the subscriber’s site by using TCP/IP protocol. The data feed system will send the stream to the client based on the client profile or reading option passed in the handshaking process.

The previous day data stream is available upon request and saved in a text file.

For Indirect connection:
